Updates: Accepting new referrals mid-November 2025
Welcome…..
Suzanne is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience supporting children and families in educational settings, and for the past 5 years as a psychologist. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. Drawing from modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, schema therapy, and Family Systems, Suzanne tailors each session to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients.
Suzanne works with children aged 10 and above, adolescents, and adults. Suzanne also offers professional supervision for psychologists seeking support with complex case formulation and clinical decision-making.
What to expect during your first visit
Let’s get started….
Suzanne understands that starting therapy can feel uncertain — especially if things already feel overwhelming. Here’s a sense of what you can expect.
Your first session is a chance to talk through what’s brought you here and begin building a shared understanding of what feels hard, important, or unclear. You’ll be invited to share at your own pace, in a way that feels safe and unpressured.
From there, you’ll explore what feels most helpful to focus on, and discuss therapy options that suit your needs and preferences. Sessions then begin to gently work toward your goals — with flexibility, thoughtfulness, and a rhythm that feels right for you.
You may be eligible for a rebate from Medicare or your private health insurance.
